Yilport Samsunspor becomes the first club in Turkey to use SkillCorner Physical and Game Intelligence data.

Yilport Samsunspor, the Süper Lig team from the city of Samsun, becomes the first club in Turkey to benefit from access to SkillCorner’s Physical and Game Intelligence data to support scouting and match analysis processes. 


Yilport Samsunspor has signed a multi-year deal, giving the club access to data from 25 leagues across the world, including in Europe, South America, Asia and the USA. This data will support the club in their recruitment and match analysis processes by helping them to easily identify, benchmark and compare players, based on a number of physical, technical and tactical metrics. 


With access to SkillCorner’s Game Intelligence product, Yilport Samsunspor will also be able to uncover insights into an individual player’s off-ball run profile, their passing execution and their ability to resist pressure while in possession of the ball. 


This contextual data provides valuable information to clubs for identifying potential recruitment targets to suit their playing style, and for analysing the strengths and weaknesses of opposing players and teams.
